Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (including tags and hygiene liners)
• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
•  Swimwear must be tried on over underwear for hygiene reasons.
• Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return:

• Send us a quick email at contact@vieswimwear.com with your order number and what you’d like to return or exchange.
• We’ll reply with return instructions and next steps.
  
• Pack your item securely and send it back within 7 days of approval.
• Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll send your refund or ship your new suit within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges & Store Credit:

• Want a different size or color? Opt for a free exchange instead of a return!
• Prefer to shop later? Choose store credit instead of a refund.

Return Shipping Costs:

• Returns due to sizing or preference: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Defective or incorrect items: We cover the shipping!
